House at the Park Rotterdam: interior on your own scale
An apartment, maisonette, or multi-story home always requires different choices. We design based on your own floor plan and connect the kitchen, living area, and quiet rooms into a personal whole.
Where do you want to live, work, and relax within your new home? That question is especially important when the property is spread over multiple levels. For House at the Park, we first create a functional layout and only then select colors, furniture, and materials.
The official FAQ states the expected completion date as the first quarter of 2028. The homes are delivered with sanitary facilities; kitchen and showroom choices follow the project agreements. Your technical description and options list determine the starting points. A general presentation is not sufficient to order permanent components.

Designing for a single floor or a maisonette
For a single-level apartment, we map out the relationship between the entrance, kitchen, and living room. We focus on sightlines and storage space: where will coats go, which closet needs to be accessible daily, and which wall should remain uncluttered? A good furniture plan clarifies how much free space is actually left.
For a maisonette, we also consider what you move between floors. Working and guest areas might have a different placement than entertaining and cooking. Lighting at the transitions between rooms and a cohesive material palette connect the floors. We take the stairs and passageways into account when evaluating deliverable furniture.
A chosen bathroom does not exist in isolation
Bathroom tiles, kitchen fronts, and flooring may be attractive individually yet create visual unrest when combined. That is why we collect samples and view them side-by-side. We investigate which materials should stand out and which should form the background. The final choice follows your taste and daily usage.
In the kitchen showroom, a pre-drawn layout helps you make targeted choices. We examine workspace, appliances, and storage before finalizing the finish. Your designer can assist in comparing project options with additional requirements. Changes to installations always require technical confirmation.
Make a plan for the period after completion, too
Receiving the key and being able to move in are not automatically the same moment. Final measurements, any necessary preparatory work, installation, and delivery have their own sequence. We coordinate which rooms need to be ready first and which can follow later. Access, lift usage, and protection of common areas are discussed in advance.
Rive Home can develop a design and supervise agreed-upon finishing and furnishing. You will see which items are products, which involve labor, and which are still estimates. In the event of a change, we discuss price and scheduling before execution. A complete commission does not mean you have to hand over all your choices.
Your home as the starting point

- The selected sanitary and kitchen options.
- The available installation data and selection conditions.

Questions about your interior at House at the Park
Can you design a maisonette as a whole?
Yes. We are looking at the distribution of residential functions across the floors, material usage, lighting, and the daily transport of goods. The existing architectural situation is the starting point.
Can I bring you along to the project showroom meeting?
Yes, as part of the agreed-upon support. We prepare your layout and preferences and help align choices with the rest of the interior.
Are you assuming delivery in December 2027?
No. The official FAQ consulted states the first quarter of 2028 as the expectation. For ordering and implementation, we only use the current schedule confirmed for your home.
