Park Heuvellaan Hilversum: interior design for your home
From kitchen living area to tranquil bedroom: a cohesive interior starts with the way you want to live. Rive Home connects your choices regarding layout, materials, and custom work with a feasible plan for your new address in Hilversum.
A Park villa, Heuvellaan villa, or apartment requires its own interior design plan. The scale, the number of floors, and the way you use the rooms differ. We therefore start with your home type, family situation, and preferences, not with a ready-made material package.
Park Heuvellaan in Hilversum consists of twelve villas and twelve apartments in timber construction. The project schedule states mid-summer 2027 as the expected completion date. The villas and apartments differ significantly in size and layout options. Please check the current drawings, buyer options, and deadlines for your property with the project organization.

Design the floors as a cohesive whole
In a villa, the ground floor can simultaneously be a space for elaborate cooking, dining together, and relaxing. We examine how the kitchen and seating area relate to the garden, the windows, and the circulation space. Upstairs, we ask different questions: is an extra bedroom more important than a larger bathroom, and should the top floor become a workspace or a guest room?
The official villa information describes various layout options. Not every option remains available in every construction phase. We help you compare the consequences for daily use, after which the builder must confirm the possibilities for your specific home number. In an apartment, we place more emphasis on multifunctional space and sufficient storage.
A natural material plan, without everything in the same wood tone
Timber construction does not mean your entire interior must consist of visible wood. Your taste determines the direction. We can, for example, combine a quiet floor with textiles, a stronger kitchen accent, and carefully chosen metal. By laying samples next to each other, it becomes clear whether contrasts work and if the colors suit your furniture.
For custom work, heavy wall objects, and installation changes, we take the technical structure of the home into account. We have the relevant contractor verify suitable attachment points and potential adjustments. This way, an aesthetic proposal remains linked to the building's conditions, without unchecked assumptions about the wooden construction.
Use showroom visits to evaluate one plan
The project organization provides a process for buyer choices. For such appointments, it is pleasant to already know which floor, kitchen direction, and bathroom aesthetic fit together. Your designer can help prepare for or attend showroom visits with you, according to the agreed assignment.
We bring a material direction and concrete questions: what is included, which alternatives are available, and which parts would you potentially like to have taken care of later? We review lighting, switches, and custom work before choices become final. For a private custom kitchen, we first investigate the purchase agreements and technical space.
From design to manageable execution
We separate the work of the project builder from any work after the handover of keys. Within the agreed assignment, Rive Home can coordinate and realize the finishing and interior design. Design costs, products, and execution are itemized; open choices remain visible. A change is discussed first, including its influence on the budget and schedule.
What does your designer need?
- Your home type and current drawings of all floors.
- The list of additional work and omissions with known choice deadlines.
- Your wishes for family, work, guests, and storage.
- The budget direction, desired moving period, and furniture that is staying.
In Project Aerdenhout, you can see a separate design in which the kitchen, bedroom, and materials have been approached as a whole. It is inspiration for a conversation about your taste, not a design for Park Heuvellaan.

Questions about your interior at Park Heuvellaan
Do you design both villas and apartments?
Yes. For a villa, we look at factors such as the connection between floors; for an apartment, multifunctional use may be more important. We tailor the design development and guidance to your property and your requirements.
Can you help before the meeting with the buyer's consultant?
Yes. We can prepare layout preferences, material choices, and questions. The project builder determines which options are still available and under what conditions. We do not finalize any changes without that confirmation.
Does timber construction mean that customization is not possible?
No, but the technical implementation must be suitable for the property. Fixings, loads, and any necessary changes to installations will be coordinated with the experts involved. We do not choose a structural solution based solely on a sales floor plan.
