A provided interior concept is a starting point, not automatically your personal living story. Perhaps the base materials suit you, but you are looking for a different furniture layout, a place for art, or a custom cabinet with exactly the right storage. We start with what is already good and determine which additions will enhance your daily life.

Residences van Oranje offers its own interior concepts from the involved designers as well as personalization options. Rive Home did not design these concepts. As an independent interior partner, we can guide you through your own choices. The municipality of Noordwijk mentions initial completions in 2028 and the final phase in 2029; your personal transfer date has yet to be confirmed separately.

First, understand what you have already chosen

We compare your purchased items, material choices, and desired changes side by side. What is being supplied by the project organization? What is an option, and what will you organize yourself after completion? This distinction prevents double orders and shows where an additional design adds value.

When choosing a kitchen, we look not only at fronts and worktops but also at the relationship with the dining area. A striking material can work beautifully if the rest provides calm. During a joint showroom visit, we test combinations and comfort. Technical changes are only worked out after the involved parties have confirmed the possibilities.

Preserve the view, add privacy

A wall of windows deserves a furniture plan that leaves the route to the outside open. We design how you sit, read, eat, and receive visitors. The most beautiful viewing direction during the day is not necessarily the most pleasant spot for a television or a workspace. That is why we compare the layout at different times of the day.

Window decorations, soft materials, and lighting also make the evening pleasant. We investigate what privacy you need and where light might reflect. For terrace furniture, we discuss suitability for the location with the supplier; indoor furniture cannot simply be used outside. Mounting to the facade or common areas is coordinated in advance.

Art, custom work, and furniture with a personal story

A collection of art, a beloved table, or a special armchair can give direction to the plan. We take dimensions, colors, and usage into account before proposing new products. Cabinets receive a layout that fits your belongings, with accessible technology and space for daily use.

The assignment can remain limited to advice and furnishing or include agreed-upon finishing work. Design, products, execution, and external work are clearly listed in the budget. We establish who maintains contact with the project organization and which decisions require your approval.

• Your wishes regarding guidance, budget, and the period after getting the keys.
