The project brochure describes features including wallpaper-ready walls, a bathroom, and a kitchen that you arrange yourself. Your own contract and technical specifications are leading. "Wallpaper-ready" is not the same as being immediately suitable for every desired paint finish; the surface and the chosen finish must be assessed first.

We view color and textiles alongside the already selected floor and kitchen, ensuring that the final choices strengthen the whole.
