MONCHY The Hague: interior design with coherence in every choice

We use your current finishing schedule to start the interior plan: what stays, what can be changed through the buyer's guidance, and what falls under work to be done after receiving the keys?

According to the project website, MONCHY comprises 43 apartments for sale near Burgemeester De Monchyplein in The Hague. The project FAQ mentions late 2027 as the expected completion date. The kitchen is part of the offering; according to the FAQ, delivery without tiling and sanitary facilities is not possible. Your own agreement and confirmed options are leading.

A project kitchen can be the start of your own design

We assess the kitchen layout based on your usage: cooking, storage, appliances, and contact with the dining table. A change in front color alone does not solve an impractical layout. That is why we draw the kitchen into the full living room, including chairs, cabinet doors, and the route to the outside.

A showroom visit becomes more focused with a material direction and a list of functional wishes. We can join you and compare the options. Prevent every showroom from resulting in a different interior

A stone sample, wooden floor, and curtain fabric may look beautiful individually but clash when combined. We place the actual samples next to each other and look at undertone, sheen, and texture. The chosen bathroom also gets a place in this plan. You do not have to use the same material in every room; a recurring color or wood tone can already provide connection.

We combine open and closed storage with space for personal items. Lighting helps make the transition from day to evening. Regarding floor choices, the involved suppliers check for suitability with the existing heating and cooling system and the building's requirements.

Two workstreams, one overview

The project builder has its own deadlines and responsibilities. Additionally, Rive Home clarifies which parts fall within our assignment. This can start with design and showroom guidance and be expanded to include agreed-upon finishing, custom work, procurement, and assembly after delivery.

The overview states who must confirm a choice, when final measurements are available, and which delivery is pending. The budget shows design, products, and labor separately. This way, you compare complete proposals rather than amounts where preparation or assembly might still be missing. Additional wishes are coordinated again first.
