The Triplets Amsterdam: interior design at Oostenburg

The first interior decision isn't the color of your kitchen, but how you want to live at home. According to the official project information, The Triplets on Oostenburg consists of 21 apartments and three townhouses for sale. The completion forecast is summer 2027. A kitchen budget is included; the kitchen is installed after completion. Request the current agreements for your specific unit number before planning design and assembly.

Single level or living across multiple floors

For a compact apartment, we explore which furniture can serve multiple functions. A table can be both a dining area and a temporary workspace, provided the lighting and storage match. We keep the route to the outdoor space clear; we also draw in doors and cabinet fronts in an open position.

In a townhouse, we start by distributing functions across the floors. Where do you receive guests, where do you keep items you need daily, and which floor should remain quiet? A cohesive material plan connects the floors without making every room the same. We also pay attention to the route that large furniture will take during delivery.

Go to the kitchen showroom with an interior plan

An included project kitchen is a starting point, not a reason to think about the rest of the living room later. For the showroom meeting, we determine the desired workspace, storage space, and the ratio between kitchen and dining table. We examine fronts, countertops, flooring, and curtains side-by-side with real samples.

Your designer can join you during the visit. We make it clear which choices fit within the offered base and which adjustments need to be quoted separately. If you are considering a custom kitchen, we compare the complete design and first verify the purchase agreements and connection options. We do not assume unlimited freedom to relocate utilities.

The kitchen arrives after completion: what needs to be ready for it?

The period between key handover and moving in deserves its own planning. We coordinate final measurements, any wall and floor finishing, and kitchen installation. Protection of new work, building access, and delivery moments must also be arranged. We record who takes care of what in advance.

A phased setup can help: first the fixed components and daily functions, then loose furniture and styling. The design remains a cohesive whole throughout this process. The quote distinguishes between design guidance, products, and execution; open choices and estimates are clearly marked. We discuss additional work, including price and planning, before proceeding.
