Nobu Residences Park Meadows: interior design in your style
A personal interior for your home at the Beatrixpark. With attention to your way of life, a well-considered material and color palette, and clear agreements regarding execution.
Bought a home in Nobu Residences Park Meadows? Rive Home helps you turn your apartment into a personal home. With a designer by your side, you will connect layout, materials, colors, lighting, and furniture into a cohesive whole. If you also wish to delegate the execution, we will agree in advance on which finishing, deliveries, and supervision we will handle.
This guide is intended for buyers of Nobu Residences Park Meadows in Amsterdam-Zuid, by the Beatrixpark. The starting point is your own residence and completion specification: what has already been chosen, what do you want to keep, and where are you looking for a personal touch? Your own style, not a copy of the model interior
A polished new-build interior can be convincing in pictures, but your home should fit the way you want to live. Do you prefer subtle colors and natural textures, or perhaps bold contrasts, art, and unique furniture? We start with what appeals to you and what you do not want. Your existing dining table, a piece of art, or a favorite armchair can serve as the starting point.
We translate those preferences into a visual direction with a mood board, material proposal, and, depending on the assignment, visualizations. This allows you to evaluate choices in their entirety. The architecture and any already established finishes of your residence form the framework; your way of life gives the interior character.
A layout that fits your daily life
On a sales floor plan, everything often seems to fit. In a personal design, we look at how you truly move, cook, work, and host guests. Where is the sofa in relation to the windows? How does the route to the terrace remain clear? And can a workspace remain in view, or do you want it to disappear behind cabinet doors after working hours?
- Living room: furniture dimensions, sightlines, walking space, and the placement of art and lighting.
- Kitchen and dining area: coherence between cooking, storage, appliances, and sitting together at the table.
- Bedrooms: tranquility, blackout options, closet space, and lighting that suits your use.
- Entrance and storage: a logical place for coats, shoes, pantry items, and household supplies.
We take existing connections, ventilation, and construction as our starting point. Relocating them is only a design option once technical feasibility has been verified. A good layout does not always require major renovations.
Choosing materials, colors, and lighting together
Material selection is about the combination of surfaces: the wood tone of a cabinet next to the floor, a countertop next to the wall color, curtains next to the upholstery of your sofa. We place real samples together and assess gloss, texture, maintenance, and color. Where possible, we also view the combination in the light of your own home.
The color palette gets a calm base or more contrast, depending on your taste. We look beyond individual paint samples: large wall surfaces, daylight, and evening lighting change how a color is experienced. That is why we develop material choices and the lighting plan for your home in tandem.
If you would like to experience materials and furniture for yourself, we can visit showrooms and suppliers together. Your designer helps select based on aesthetics, usage, and budget. We design a bespoke kitchen or cabinetry as part of the interior, provided those elements are still open for selection.
What is possible before and after key handover?
Start with the current documents for your specific unit number. Possibilities may differ per home and per phase. We therefore make no assumptions about what is included as standard at Nobu Residences or what can still be changed.
- Before completion: take stock of confirmed choices, open decisions, and the builder's deadlines. Have possible changes confirmed in writing before basing the design on them.
- After key handover: verify actual dimensions and existing finishes. Then it becomes clear which furnishings can be ordered immediately and which finishing or technical coordination is required first.
- Before delivery and installation: coordinate access, elevator dimensions, transport, protection of common areas, and any building regulations with the involved parties.
You can also start with us once a property has already been completed. We build on what works and make visible where an adjustment really adds value. Also read how to determine the right time to start your interior project.
Hands-on coordination with clear costs
You want to outsource the work without losing the overview. That is why we clarify in advance who does what, what is included, and at what points you will approve choices. In addition to the design, Rive Home can also take care of the agreed interior fit-out and project delivery. We record the scope of this in the project quote.
- A well-defined assignment. Which rooms are we designing, what output will you receive, and what services and supervision are we providing?
- A detailed budget. Design and supervision, products, bespoke work, and execution remain separately transparent. We distinguish between what is an estimate and what has already been quoted.
- Choices and changes in writing. We discuss changes in material, scope, or scheduling and their consequences before any additional work is commissioned.
- Coordinated execution. Within our mandate, we coordinate suppliers and craftspeople, ensure adherence to the design, and discuss any open points.
A total budget or turnaround time is only meaningful once your home, finish, and wishes are known. That is why we do not list a "starting from" price here, as it says little about your specific project. In our working method, you can read how we move from the first conversation to design and delivery.
A custom design as a starting point
In Residence Amsterdam, Project HH, we delivered an interior design for a high-end home in 2026. Project Aerdenhout also shows how materials, bespoke joinery, and different rooms can form a recognizable whole. These are separate Rive Home projects, not assignments within Nobu Residences. Use them as a conversation starter about what suits you, not as a prescribed style.
How your interior project begins
These five things are helpful for an initial conversation. You do not need to have made all the choices yet.
- The most recent floor plan and technical description of your home.
- What is included with the purchase and which options have already been finalized.
- A few mood images, plus furniture or art you wish to keep.
- Your expected key handover date or current living situation and desired moving period.
- Your budget range and what you want to do yourself versus what you want to fully outsource.
Tell us where you need guidance: the layout, finding your style, combining materials, or coordinating the work. Together, we will determine a suitable assignment for your residence.

Questions about your interior at Nobu Residences
Can Rive Home fully furnish my property at Nobu Residences?
Yes, we can discuss a cohesive process for design, furnishing, and execution. We will first check what is already part of your home, what is technically possible, and which tasks you would like to outsource. We will record the agreed-upon scope, products, and guidance in the quote.
Can my interior differ from the Park Meadows model interiors?
Your interior style is the starting point for our proposal. What you can actually change depends on your purchase agreements, finishes already selected, and technical possibilities. Even without changing the basic finishes, furniture, color, lighting, window decorations, and custom work can create a personalized look.
Does my designer also assist with selections in showrooms?
Yes. We can include showroom and supplier visits in the process. Together, we will evaluate materials, seating comfort, finishes, and combinations. We will agree in advance which visits and selections are part of the assignment.
How do I know the costs for design and execution in advance?
After discussing your home, your wishes, and the level of guidance you desire, we will prepare a project quote. We distinguish between design and product guidance, custom work, and implementation costs. We make open choices and estimates transparent; we discuss any changes before additional work is commissioned.
Can I still start if I already have the key?
Yes. Then we start from the actual property and what has already been completed. We assess the layout, retain suitable components, and determine the sequence of any finishing work, orders, and assembly. We coordinate the schedule based on availability and delivery times.
Is Rive Home the official interior design partner of Nobu Residences?
No. Rive Home is an independent interior design company. This knowledge base page describes our services for individual buyers and is not an official project page or an announcement of a partnership with Nobu, Park Meadows, or the developer.
